Beauty, Personal Care, Luxury, Primary Packaging, Cosmetic Components, Compacts, Packaging Decoration, Colouring, Metallization, Formulations

Quadpack's creative team identifies the next big trends in the beauty industry. Its Trend Directive takes a global view of major cultural trends, including consumer lifestyles, and predicts how these will influence formulations, as well as packaging.

1. Iliad

Iliad is pure, yet sensual, giving a sense of minimalist luxury. Textures are polished and silky smooth, its colour palette a range of shiny metallics, offset with white and neutral tones.

2. Free spirit

Free spirit is eclectic, young, vibrant and care-free. Contrasting colours and mismatched fabrics and textures are complemented by surprising shapes and a bold colour palette.

3. Indo

Indo is holistic, zen, for meditative souls who like to be pampered. With delicate details and cultural influences, it features tribal decorations, natural materials and warm, rich colours.

If you'd like to know more about these trends and how they can be applied to your brand, please contact your Quadpack representative.

Quadpack demonstrates forward-thinking in eco friendly beauty packaging

Earth-friendly containers help save resources, energy, money and, of course, the environment. For cosmetics brands, however, such words may conjure up images of low-quality bottles, jars and tubes, that look cheap and perform accordingly. Now more than ever, this could not be farther from the truth. Today's reality is that sustainable packaging can look and perform as well as concepts devised without the planet in mind, while tying in with a rising public awareness.
